Advertising Amazon Marketing Cloud teams build Advanced analytics and activation systems that is secure privacysafe and dedicated cloudbased environment where advertisers can easily perform analytics across multiple pseudonymized data sets to generate unique insights and take actions to optimize their campaigns. Inputs can include an advertisers own data sets as well as their Amazon Advertising campaign events such as impressions clicks and conversions. AMC reports can help with campaign measurement audience refinement supply optimization and more enabling advertisers to make more informed decisions about their crosschannel marketing investments. You will lead an Agile team launching and growing business initiatives. You will be responsible for developing targeting and bidding application. Your team will have endtoend ownership of business technology and operations giving you the responsibility and autonomy to ensure success. Your systems will meet remarkably high standards of performance and reliability and will operate at massive scale 24x7. You are detail and customeroriented and have excellent problem solving abilities. You are a confident people manager with a track record of growing high performance teams. Successful candidates will have a background in software development most likely with a Computer Science or related degree.

3 years of engineering team management experience
7 years of engineering experience
8 years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing certification and livesite operations
Experience partnering with product or program management teams

Experience in communicating with users other technical teams and senior leadership to collect requirements describe software product features technical designs and product strategy
Experience in recruiting hiring mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills and make them more effective product software engineers
