Glasgow Hybrid working between onsite and office based
Permanent Full time 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am5pm
Salary up to 45000 plus commercial vehicle and fuel card
About the role
As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for the daytoday management of contract service delivery at either branch or regional level. Supporting the General Manger on delivery of highquality services to Client properties including capital & programmed works built environment reactive maintenance compliance or remedial works ensuring teams operate to Mears defined branch standards and deliver best in class customer service whilst satisfying all safety quality and cost control standards relating to budget profitability and resource deployment.
Role Criteria:
All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
Candidates should be aware that all our roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before commencement of employment.
To drive a Mears vehicle you must be aged over 21 have held your licence over 3 months and have less than 9 points.
