As a Group Leader you will play a pivotal role in shaping the students memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. Location: Westminster Area Elementary Schools
Schedule: Must be available Monday Friday 2:30 PM 5:30 pm No weekends!
Pay & Benefits:
- $22$25/hour (pay is based on education and experience)

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader youll be trained to do the following:
- Lead a group of students through exciting adventures in fitness the arts technology and more!
- Work collaboratively with peers to ignite childrens sense of wonder.
- Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students interests and talents.
- Provide a caring familyoriented environment where positive staff child and parent relationships are fostered.
Heres what youll need:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
- Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations
