We are a familyowned and operated automotive group seeking a motivated Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. *Monday to Friday from 7AM4PM
The right candidate:
- Has good communication skills
- Works well independently or in a team
- Can follow company policies
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building maintenance
- Exterior maintenance
- Repairing Fixtures Bulbs
- Some knowledge of HVAC experience preferred
- Grounds Maintenance
- Maintaining a safe outdoor environment for customers and employees
- Climbing tall ladders
- Using stairs
- Cleaning roof
Requirements:
- Drivers License
- Familiar with a variety of Hand/Power tools
- Light Plumbing
- Knowledge of Word and Excel Preferred
