In this role you will speak with families gather necessary paperwork and assist in the intake process for new clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Family Communication:
Contact families to explain the intake process and gather necessary documentation.
Answer questions and provide support to families during the intake process.
Paperwork & Documentation:
Ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately and promptly.
Maintain accurate records of all intakerelated activities.
Process Support:
Assist with organizing and processing intake forms and other documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate communication between families and the intake team.
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fastpaced environment.
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in handling paperwork.
Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus but not required.
Empathetic and professional when interacting with families.
