As a Sales Advisor youll be the voice of our brand communicating with customers identifying their needs and delivering a topnotch experience. Youll be the superhero they need retaining customers logging complaints and offering new products and services that make their lives better.
Your Superpowers
- Academic: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Experience: 12 24 months in a Sales/ Retentions or Sales through Customer Service (Call Center environment)
- Skills: Active listening problemsolving adaptability and a customercentric approach
- Communication: High proficiency in written and verbal English
- TechSavvy: Moderate to advanced computer skills and system navigation
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent service and solutions that meet individual customer needs.
- Identify vulnerable customers and provide additional support.
- Handle escalated customer queries with empathy and integrity.
- Use your product knowledge to proactively solve problems.
- Work to tight deadlines to meet service delivery targets.
- Adhere to data protection and confidentiality laws as well as regulatory compliance.
