Franciscan is looking for one General Neurologist locum for their clinic. Facility Location: Franciscan Neurology Associates TacomaSetting: ClinicDuties: New patients follow up visits therapeutic treatments (Botox ONB. etc.)FTE: 1.0Days per month: 5 days/weekRequired Procedures: Minimal Botox ONB etc. Patient Volume: 1315 per dayEMR: EPICCredentialing Information:Timeframe: 4590 daysRequirements: MD/DO General NeurologistCredentialing with other facilities automatically credentialed at all but St. MichaelsBilling enrollment Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less NoCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTSBLSDEASTATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTSWashington
