What Youll Be Doing
Youll lead the charge on infrastructurefocused projects working across departments and with external vendors to ensure our tech is not just functional but built to perform at scale. From modernizing our server architecture to making sure our networks can handle everything from booking systems to mobile apps youll be at the center of it all.
Alongside IT and engineering youll help drive strategy prioritize initiatives and make sure our systems are optimized for both uptime and future growth. Youll also dig into performance data to uncover opportunities and guide smarter decisions.
Were looking for someone who knows how to navigate complex technical environments can speak both hardware and business and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
What You Bring
Youve spent a solid 7 years working with enterprise IT infrastructure in highdemand environments ideally with exposure to the casino hospitality or similarly fastpaced industries. Youre comfortable managing infrastructure lifecyclesfrom planning and procurement to deployment and optimization. You understand the ins and outs of server management network design system reliability and vendor coordination.
Youve worked with data tools like SQL and Tableau to drive decisions and track performance. You know how to work across teams and communicate clearly whether youre working with IT external partners or senior leadership.
