Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and energetic intern to join our Global Demand Generation team supporting Pipeline Growth initiatives. As a Business Transformation Intern youll help analyze data optimize the marketing and sales funnel and support gotomarket strategies directly impacting our ability to meet pipeline targets. Youll work with teams across Sales Marketing Business Development (BDRs) and Revenue Operations RevOps to make sure potential customers dont just show interestthey convert into real sales opportunities! This is an opportunity to gain realworld experience develop problemsolving skills and learn how datadriven decisions fuel business growth.

Responsibilities:

Optimize the GTM Funnel Help track how potential customers move from marketing campaigns to sales meetings. Find gaps spot trends and suggest improvements.

Dive into Data Help review lead performance engagement trends and pipeline progression to understand whats driving revenue.

Support monthly reviews Help prep for meetings where we break down conversion rates engagement trends and whats working (or not).

Work with marketing and sales to improve how we reach and engage target accounts.

Improve Lead Handoff Between Marketing & Sales Work with marketing BDRs and sales reps to ensure hot leads dont fall through the cracks and convert.

Be a detective Research industry trends and come up with fresh ideas on how we can optimize our sales and marketing efforts.

Collaborate on Process Improvements Help execute strategic initiatives such as pipeline acceleration programs global pipeline contests and automation projects.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Marketing or a related field.

You enjoy problemsolving working with numbers and uncovering patterns in data.

Youre curious about how sales and marketing work together to grow a business.

Basic knowledge of excel interpreting data sales & marketing strategy CRM systems (experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally.

Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and time management.

Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.

Natural curiosity to dig in with a strong problemsolving orientation.

Ability to work crossfunctionally and independently.

Basic knowledge of data driven strategies and CRM such as Salesforce (SFDC experience is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Previous internship experience in sales and business marketing is a plus but not required.
