Summary
This role enables the development and maturity of privacy procedures that enable compliance with laws for Global Payments business teams around the world. The Global Privacy Specialist develops and implements privacy best practices that support the internal work of the Privacy Office and that are tailored to the needs of business units based on their data handling practices.

Professional Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
Required Skills & Experience:
Typically minimum 2 years relevant experience
Highly detailoriented and ability to both follow and create detailed procedures
Ability to work cooperatively and engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders customers and cultures at different levels and in different geographic locations
Collaborative mindset with a global approach to problem solving
Knowledge and understanding of privacy laws and best practices and/or product development best practices
Proven track record as an excellent communicator to managers team members and key stakeholders
Adaptability in a changing environment
Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience in the payments industry or financial services industry
Experience with privacy laws and privacy operations in an organization with complex data flows and compliance needs
Experience with designing and developing training deliverables
One year or more of relevant work experience
CIPP certification
