Are you a leader who thrives in a fastpaced customerfocused environment Do you have a passion for the automotive industry and a drive to deliver outstanding service McDonald Auto Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department and elevate customer experience to the next level.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee daytoday operations of the service department
- Lead train and motivate a team of technicians and service advisors
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage department financials including budgets sales goals and profitability
- Maintain high standards for safety cleanliness and efficiency
- Foster a positive work culture and strong team collaboration
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to drive performance and meet/exceed goals
- Customerfirst mindset with a commitment to quality and integrity
- Working knowledge of automotive diagnostics repair processes and software systems
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
