THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

This is a fulltime hybrideligible data analytics position with a standard 40hour workweek Monday through Friday. While core hours will be established with your manager based on needs occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Expect up to 10 travel primarily local during business hours with occasional overnight trips.

As a Business Systems Analyst you will be the goto expert for reporting and operational data analysis at VTech. Your day will start by collaborating with crossregional teams to oversee new system implementations ensuring seamless integration of tools like Oracle ERP and custom business applications. You will troubleshoot system issues and lead the charge in standardizing reporting processes across various platforms including MicroStrategy. Whether you are designing test plans analyzing business requirements or maintaining the integrity of reporting systems your role will keep you at the forefront of strategic decisionmaking. Throughout the day you will communicate effectively with team members both locally and internationally and ensure that the systems you manage operate flawlessly.

OUR IDEAL BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

• 7 years of experience in data analytics or business systems analysis
• 5 years of direct corporate experience
• Bachelors degree in computer science business or a related field
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (PL/SQL is a bonus)
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like MicroStrategy or similar platforms
• Strong project management skills
• Great problemsolving time management and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications

Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS preferred) and a strong understanding of project management (PRINCE & PMP etc. are required. . A masters degree is also preferred.

The US base salary range for this fulltime position is $75000$120000 bonus potential excellent benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
