Clarke University Department of Nursing and Health is a growing program dedicated to serving the tristate area community and beyond. We are committed to excellence in education research and practice. This wellestablished nursing department offers BSN and DNP programs of study. Our area health care systems such as MercyOne and UnityPoint Finley provide opportunities for collaboration.
The university seeks a fulltime tenuretrack faculty member to teach in our Undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program beginning in August 2025. Class content will be delivered facetoface. Clinical teaching is expected. The ideal candidate will have a doctorate in nursing or a related field. We will also consider those with masters degrees in nursing with the understanding that the individual will need to complete a doctoral degree to secure promotion and tenure. The position requires a boardcertified state nursing license and at least 5 years of handson nursing care in Medical/Surgical nursing. Teaching experience is preferred.
