YOUR TASKS :
- Daily accounting of the different companies/entities of the Renewable energy client.
- Administrative management of the different companies: documentation archiving expense reports filing etc.
- Elaboration and presentation of Annual Statements
- Collaborating in the audit process of the different companies that are being managed
- Identification of deficiencies and subsequent followup of corrective actions.
- Regular monitoring of the adequacy and effective performance of controls over financial reporting.
- Management of accounts receivable and payable
- Support in reporting activities to the parent company and management of client tools
- Be the ambassador of the companys values internally and externally.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Business Administration Economics or higher education in Administration or Accounting
- 24 years of experience in Spanish financial departments with knowledge of Spanish laws taxes and local Gaap accounting
- Knowledge of renewable sector and IFRS Gaap will be a plus.
- Knowledge of Navision and/or SAP is a plus
- Spanish nativespeaker and very good command of English (written and spoken) are essential. Knowledge of French or Italian is a plus
- Reliable taskoriented and proactive team member with good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
- Ability to analyse data and make decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and Excel
