Job Description:

Program Development & Administration:

Contribute to the implementation and development of Continuing Education by working with the Director Assistant Director and executing a grantsupported course that will be held multiple times per year.

Interpret and implement policies developed by UF Continuing Education to ensure alignment with accreditation requirements and institutional policies.

Serve as the primary coordinator for periodic CE programs managing the additional planning and implementation required for these annual offerings.

Grants Management:

Manage the grantfunded program ensuring all deliverables budgetary goals and reporting requirements are successfully met.

Track and oversee program finances including budgets and expenses to ensure optimal resource utilization and compliance with funding guidelines.

Expected Salary:

$46000 to $55000 commensurate with education and experience.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree and two years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including experience in writing program proposals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Highly organized detailoriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Experience in dental or continuing education.
