Job Description

The Business Development Representative (BDR) team is the primary driver of new business opportunities at Dynamic Logistix. Through outbound lead generation each BDR plays a critical role in the leadtopipeline process which fuels the growth at Dynamic Logistix. The primary focus of a BDR is to schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects.

An effective BDR will understand the companys vision goals and strategy. You will maintain uptodate knowledge of the freight market. As a part of the sales development team you will leverage messaging and collateral conduct research and perform outreach activities to nurture and qualify leads that will convert into opportunities and ultimately new customers. SDRs should be comfortable communicating across a variety of channels including email phone and social media.

Essential Functions

  • Generate Qualified Leads within our Ideal Customer Profile
  • Perform Prospecting Activities
  • Nurture interested prospects
  • Schedule Discovery Calls
  • Track activities in the system of record (Salesforce)

Other Duties

  • Achieve call metrics and meeting goals
  • Schedule Discovery Calls for Account Executives
  • Achieve Discovery Call Conversion goals
  • Execute market penetration strategies
  • Design and implement new and creative outreach strategies
  • Share market feedback with Account Executives and the Sales Development team
  • Complete assigned training via Sales Impact Academy

Experience

  • Degree not required
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience
  • Experience in the military sales logistics or SaaS a plus
