Year 1 OTE of $100k$250k Commission based
Take back control of your work and earning
As a 1099 employee you will have autonomy over your schedule and work day as well as complete control over your earnings
This role is commission based with the best sales reps taking home over $250k in their first year
Receive some of the best training from day 1 about the commercial roofing industry materials and inspections to give you all the tools you need to excel in your career

Whats the role
- Generate your own leads through cold calling and door knocking
- Perform roof inspections and estimate or quote prices and solutions
- Perform contract negotiations after sales support and ongoing support
- Create longterm and trusting relationships with customers
What we need from you
- Be comfortable cold calling and selfgenerating leads as well as hitting activity KPIs
- Comfortable being up on customers roofs
- Outside commercial sales experience is a must
