Job Description
Amazon Transportation Services Network Operations (ATS NetOps) team is looking for Senior Program Manager to own and implement strategic crossfunctional initiatives to improve the ATS network operations flow and drive cost out initiatives. Programs in this domain will impact all miles in Europe such as the first mile Customer Fulfillment Centers ATS Sort Centers as well as Last Mile Delivery Stations.
Key job responsibilities
Lead network operations programs which either improve the end to end (E2E) network flow or yield free cash flow for the wider organization
Set and clarify the business requirements and targets with the team.
Document and analyze standard and new processes.
Identify test and validate innovative solutions to improve processes to meet and exceed the business requirements.
Work with teams across EU region to build and secure alignment from stakeholders.
A day in the life
As a Senior PM you will be working on multiple largescale initiatives. You will drive highly ambiguous and complex problems to deliver actionable results and collaborate with other teams to maximize impact. The role is inherently crossfunctional and the responsibilities include working across organizations and engaging with other Project/Program Managers Senior Leadership from Sort Centers etc.

This team develops and applies innovative transportation management concepts to improve and enhance the transportation network and bring the best customer experience through reliability and cost efficiencies.
A Degree
Relevant experience in program or project management
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
Experience leading process improvements
SQL
