Job Description
Kent Hospital one of several delivery networks for the Care New England Health System (CNE) is seeking a ICU Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our collaborative team in Warwick Rhode Island. Kent Hospital is a 359 bed acute care facility and is the largest community hospital in Rhode Island. As a essential member of the team your primary responsibility will be managing of a caseload of critically ill complex patients in a critical care setting on the ICU unit 14 beds) or PRG Unit 10 beds)
Position Highlights
- Join a team of 9 critical care advanced practitioners while being supported by ICU attending physicians
- 100 clinical practice seeing average of 15 patients per day with Inpatient management (Avg 34 patients) and consults (Avg 12 patients) including procedures including as intubations central lines lumbar punctures thoracentesis arterial lines etc.
- 12 shifts per month Mostly 7:00p.m. 7:00 a.m.
