Responsibilities:

• Obtain and process product orders including receiving deliveries checking the orders for accuracy by using packing slips and inventory management.
• Maintain the company stockroom through organizing cleaning and cataloging items on a regular basis.
• Accuracy and details are important in this role making sure all product identifiers are correct on packing slips and in our inventory management system.
• Processes documentation to generate a prompt credit transaction.
• Performs weekly cycle counts and adjusts systems as necessary.
• Develops a program to maintain tight security over the inventory.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to help facilities shortage detection.
• Maintains confidentiality of inventory records to authorized personnel.
• Performs all daily activities necessary to maintain effective inventory management procedures.

Education & Skills:

• High School diploma or equivalent minimum of 1 2 years of inventory control experience preferably in production manufacturing and/or shipping.
• Ability to lift product up to 50 lbs.
• Basic PC knowledge with and understanding of Microsoft Word products.
• Experience with data entry Excel ERP are strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fastpaced environment.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills.
• Must be willing and able to work as part of a team.
• Must possess time management skills.
• Possess good conflict resolution skills.
• Detail oriented and multitasking skills.
• Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong computer skills with spreadsheet and database software etc. (Microsoft Excel).
• Maintain a drivers license.
• Ability to operate a forklift pallet jack etc. is required.
