Core Responsibilities:
- Help maximize sales by maintaining the appearance and organization of new and used vehicle lots displaying vehicles according to dealership standards.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for demonstrations and test drives; replenish vehicle fluids and replace batteries as needed.
- Make key tags and place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
- Drive vehicles to and from service lane service stalls and parking lot as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the sales lot.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous lot attendant experience is a plus but we will provide training!
- Reliable punctual and a team player with a positive attitude.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods and work outdoors.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a preemployment background check and drug screening.
Hours and Work Environment:
We are open Monday Friday 8am 9pm and Saturdays 8am 8pm. This role offers a Tuesday Saturday schedule with Sundays and Mondays off however an alternative schedule can be discussed. We are looking for candidates with flexible availability to work various shifts including mornings evenings Saturdays and some holidays. This role requires working both indoors and outdoors on a regular basis.
