What Youll Do:
Create the Magic: Design and proof math models that bring slot games to life ensuring the probabilities and player returns are spoton through theoretical calculations and simulations.
Lead with Vision: Guide and mentor a team of mathematicians keeping them motivated focused and engaged while managing priorities to deliver outstanding results.
Collaborate to Innovate: Work closely with game designers software engineers and testers to develop and refine game mechanics ensuring math models meet design goals and regulatory requirements.
Shape the Future: Brainstorm and evaluate new game ideas exploring their mathematical potential to push the boundaries of whats possible in gaming.
Be a Mentor: Share your expertise with junior mathematicians helping them grow into leaders of tomorrow.
Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep a pulse on industry trends competitive products and emerging technologies to ensure our games remain innovative and exciting.
5 years of experience in applied mathematics probability or combinatorics.
2 years of experience leading teams managing mathematicians or driving math/design direction on projects.
Proven experience in the gaming industry ideally casino experience.
Strong skills in C C# or similar objectoriented programming languages as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with Windows programming environments including Visual Studio.
A team player with excellent communication skills a knack for multitasking and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced creative environment.
