Location: Various locations across Indiana including Evansville Psychiatric Childrens Center Evansville State Hospital Logansport State Hospital Madison State Hospital Richmond State Hospital and the Indianapolis Neurodiagnostic Institute.
Employment Type: Fulltime
Hourly Rate: $63.00

Qualifications:
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree preferred.
Licensure: Active Indiana Pharmacist license (required).
Experience: Prior hospital pharmacy experience (preferred).
Technical Skills: Expertise in compounding dispensing and inventory management; Proficiency in pharmacy audits and regulatory compliance; Familiarity with controlled substance protocols.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities; Excellent communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescriptions and prepare medications.
- Supervise train and mentor pharmacy staff.
- Maintain inventory conduct audits and ensure compliance with legal/hospital standards.
- Manage controlled substance documentation and reporting.
- Review unit dosages and update pharmacy procedure manuals.
- Serve as acting Chief Pharmacist during absences.
- Deliver exceptional service to patients and agency partners.
