OTE $100k $250k Commission based

As a 1099 employee you will have autonomy over your schedule and workday as well as complete control over your earnings
This role is commission based with the best sales reps taking home over $250k in their first year!

Whats the role
- Generate your own leads through cold calling and door knocking
- Perform roof inspections and estimate or quote prices and solutions
- Perform contract negotiations after sales support and ongoing support
Requirements
- Be comfortable cold calling and selfgenerating leads as well as hitting activity KPIs
- Comfortable being up on customers roofs
- Outside commercial sales experience is a must
