How do you excel in this position

The HVAC Sales Engineer is responsible for elevating awareness to Stark Equipments core competencies and capabilities through active account management with assigned accounts to achieve revenue and profit targets. The Sales Engineer will work with management and peers on account management sales strategies and goal achievement project design project bidding project management and pipeline management.

What are we looking for:

  • Associate degree in engineering and/or other applicable technology space required. Bachelors degree preferred. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 5 to 10 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Ability to build rapport and develop strong customer relationships.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
  • Can multitask work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fastpaced timesensitive environment.
