*$1500 SignOn Bonus*
In this role you will assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities work toward and/or achieve employment through services such as: Supported Employment Job Development and PreEmployment Transition Services. You will develop relationships with potential employers community supports and other providers to find opportunities and promote longterm success. If you enjoy making a difference in the lives of others working in an environment that is both collaborative and supports independent work this is the career for you!
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in vocational rehabilitation counseling or related area such as personnel counseling and guidance.
- Alternatively an Associates degree and 2 years experience providing services to people who have disabling conditions or other significant barriers to employment.
- A valid NYS drivers license and a driving record acceptable to the Agencys insurance carrier.
