In this role youll manage daily office operations assist with MLS and light marketing tasks and handle bookkeeping and financial tracking.

- Manage accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping
- Track expenses and assist with budget maintenance
- Reconcile accounts and prepare light monthly reports
- Maintain MLS listings and coordinate light marketing tasks
- Order supplies and assist with internal scheduling and coordination
- Support contract processing commission tracking and titlerelated tasks
- Assist the leadership team and real estate agents with daily operations
- Communicate with vendors and handle check processing
- 2 years in office admin real estate operations or bookkeeping
- Experience with QuickBooks and Excel required (Yardi a plus)
- Detailoriented highly organized and selfdirected
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree preferred (not required)
- Familiarity with real estate workflows and MLS preferred
- Located near Manchester NH
