Job Description

Parttime Administrative Assistant / Customer Service

Unitex is currently seeking a PARTTIME Administrative Assistant production facility in Mount Vernon. NY.

Schedule:Monday Friday from 12:00 to 5:00 PM
Compensation: The salary for this position is $25 per hour. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience seniority location and other permissible jobrelated factors.

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Customer service heavy phones
Data entry
Greeting visitors and walkin applicants
Filing customer visitation logs
Participation in route settlement
Daily distribution of reports
Vacation coverage for route settlement
All other tasks as deemed operationally necessary

Preferred Experience and Skills necessary to perform this job:

Proper phone etiquette
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Time management
MS Excel/Word knowledge & experience
Associates degree preferred
Two years or more of related experience
