Job Summary
TheCommunity Bridges Inc. (CBI) Program Manager oversees the day to day clinical and business operations of their assigned site/program(s). The Program managers primary role is to oversee staff who are working withmembersto obtain and maintain housing in the communityas well as increase income stability.The Program Managerwill ensure that staff are providing quality support services and housing resources to all clients. The manager will guide staff in understanding the housing process as well as appropriate clinical services for each client. TheProgram Manager is responsible for building a cohesive team that work collaboratively with internal teams as well as community stakeholders to provide quality care. TheProgram Manager will be responsible for tracking necessary client paperwork and referrals through reporting and will submit reports and deliverables to leadership as required. The ProgramManager position entails other duties such as HMIS data clean up and reporting scheduling interviewing timecard review PTO approval and disciplinary review.Staff oversight will include compliance with required patient interactions according to the Arizona Administrative Code (AAC) Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and Community Bridges Policies and Procedures.This position reports to the Housing and Community Integration (HCI) team and will report various outcomes during leadership meetings. These positions report directly to theSenior Managerof HCI and then to theAssociateDirector of HCI if theSenior Manageris not available. In addition to general management of processes policies employees and Supervisors the Program Manager is also responsible for community development/involvement in coordination with the leadership of HCI. Other key areas of responsibility include Program Oversight Equipment/Vehicle Management Staffing Oversight Clinical Oversight Trainings and Community Meetings/Involvement. Each employee will be held accountable and responsible for fulfilling each of these duties as well as having the capability to carry them out.
Skills/Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or GED required. Associates Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
- Recovery from Alcohol or and/or GMH for equal to or greater than 1 consecutive year preferred.
- 13year of experience in a behavioral healthpreferred.
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R910101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures obtainedwithin 90 days of hire preferred.
- Current AZ Drivers License.
- Clear 39month Motor Vehicle Record.
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance cardpreferred.
- Jail Clearance preferred.
- Peer Certificationpreferred.
