What Were Looking For:

5 years of handson experience (dealership preferred)
Toyota Master or MDT Certification (required for Master role)
At least 2 completed ASE certifications
A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and repair skills across all systems
A team player who thrives in a culture of mentorship leadership and high standards
Commitment to Fix it right the first time customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose repair and maintain vehicles to factory standards
Lead and mentor junior technicians with excellence
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department
Document repairs clearly and completely
Maintain a clean professional workspace
Treat every vehicle with care and respect
