Were looking for a Senior Manager Client Development to lead enablement and training for our field teams. This role focuses on developing and delivering impactful learning programs to drive team effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new hire training and onboarding for all new field team members with a goal of accelerating timeline to full productivity

• Design instructional materials and curricula tailored to field team needs including simulations group training events selfstudy etc.

• Coach and upskill team members to enhance performance

• Manage enablement programs from development through

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and measure effectiveness

• Provide strategic direction and coaching for the team; contribute to the growth and development of internal team members by sharing new learning techniques and best practices in the learning industry

• Take industry analysis user feedback analytics and best practices into consideration when driving program strategy

• Manage customer experience across field teams supporting initiatives to drive optimal performance

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or military experience

• At least 3 years of experience in instructional design curriculum development or development of training materials

• At least 3 years of experience in program development or program management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters degree

• 5 years experience coaching and developing teams

• 5 years people leadership experience

• 5 years of project management experience

• Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills

• Experience in a clientfacing or sales enablement environment

• Demonstrated ability to build scalable training programs in a fastpaced environment

The minimum and maximum fulltime annual salaries for this role are listed below by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for parttime roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidates offer letter.
