Job Description
Kent Place School seeks a Head JV Volleyball Coach for the Fall 2025 season (August 18 November 23. This role requires high school coaching experience (collegiate experience in coaching or playing preferred) and a commitment to fostering student growth team development and sportsmanship within a positive and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and educate studentathletes in the fundamentals and strategies of volleyball.
Plan practices and develop competitive game strategies based on team strengths.
Supervise assistant coaches and ensure studentathlete safety at all times.
Coordinate team tryouts practice schedules and preseason activities.
Promote team culture through effective communication and leadership.
Uphold school values and model best practices in diversity equity and inclusion.
Schedule: Weekdays 3:456:00 PM (some games may run later).
