The Policy and Procedure (P&P) Coordinator is responsible for regulation assessments for creation of and impact to global GMP/GDP Policies and Procedures.
Supporting the Global Process Owner throughout the Document lifecycle for Quality Policy Global SOPs and Work instructions including:
Interpreting regulations and ensuring requirements are captured with Global SOP documents. This is achieved by partnering with Global Process Owners to ensure clarity and obtain input on drafts.
Document writing.
Document lifecycle including sending for review and approval.
Comment Gathering / Reconciliation.
Support Global Process Owner with global document deployment training and coaching.
The role manages document workflows within the Pfizer global electronic document management system and provides administrative approval for document promotions. In addition this individual provides guidance to document authors on document workflows and provides input on document standards and requirements.
What You Will Achieve
Regulation assessments for new Level 2 processes in Revolution including interpreting regulations and ensuring requirements are captured with Global SOP documents. This is achieved by partnering with Global Process Owners to ensure clarity and obtain input on drafts.
Within the Pfizer global electronic document management system:
Manage documents through various workflows.
Ensure document properties are appropriately set.
Serve as document author and subject matter expert on the document management process.
Able to effectively proofread documents prepared by self and others to ensure relevant content and formatting accuracy.
Follow the necessary change management processes to maintain compliance during creation of new and revision of existing documents. Review the impact of proposed changes with regards to other support documents.
Provide basic document technical writing support editing and design support in compliance with document templates.
Interface with crossfunctional Revolution teams such as Operations; Training; Quality management.
Contribute to the completion of project tasks and/or milestones related to document creation and revision. Organize own work to meet required project task deadlines.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements):
Applicant must have a bachelors degree with at least 3 years ofexperience; OR a masters degree with more than 1 year of experience;OR an associates degree with 6 years of experience; OR a high schooldiploma (or equivalent) and 8 years of relevant experience.
Understanding of board of health requirements and ability to navigate the regulations.
Proficient use of the Pfizer global electronic document management system.
Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
