San Francisco Post Acute is a shortterm rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility. We are dedicated to providing personalized rehabilitation and nursing services to all who enter our doors. San Francisco PostAcute is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who can work in a fastpaced environment provide excellent patient care have a positive attitude and work together as part of a team.
Part Time Open to Any Shift
Job Duties:
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the residents admission transfer and/or discharge.
Periodically review the residents written discharge plan. Participate in the updating of the residents written discharge plan as required
Make daily rounds of your unit/shift to ensure that nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
