We build services for storing accessing and data labeling to train foundational and specialized AI models with worldclass privacy and security for our end customers. We are looking for an exceptional Human Resources leader to drive the development and implementation of the HR strategy for our AGIDS Operations org. The Principal HRBP must be able to work independently establish and execute long and shortterm human capital strategies while taking a handson approach and interface effectively with professionals at all levels. Youll need excellent communication professional interpersonal skills and the ability to function in an innovative and ambiguous environment. Youll need strong analytic skills and the ability to translate your clients business plans and goals into the human resource capabilities needed to deliver results. You will help business leaders look around corners with datadriven recommendations that improve performance capability and the employee experience. In addition this role will be accountable for driving global initiatives and projects such as workforce planning org design employee relations culture and diversity. Key job responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to develop their talent strategy to support the business growth while maintaining an engaging respectful and fun work environment
Drive organizational design workforce planning succession planning talent management performance management and skills assessment and development
Coach business partners in career development leadership and management practices
Assist in the development and implementation of people plans and solutions in order to deliver results and sustain a work environment where all employees can thrive and grow
Analyze business metrics and recommend systemic improvements
Partner with the business to lead talent reviews focused on succession planning employee growth and development and organizational health priorities
Provide compensation guidance to leaders for all salary actions including the annual salary review promotions and job releveling situations
Uses data and org health metrics to make decisions and keep leadership informed
Partner with the central HR Partner organization to effectively enable managers address various employee relations issues and drive results for the organization
Lead or contribute to various crossteam and/or crossorganizational PXT projects
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
8 years in an HR generalist leadership role preferably in a tech or startup environment
Demonstrated achievements in coaching influencing and problem solving with various levels of leadership
Masters Degree or MBA in Human Resources Management or related field preferred
10 years in an HR generalist leadership role preferably in a tech or startup environment
HRBP experience supporting tech operations organizations
HRBP experience supporting employees at all levels of the organization
Experience working in Global team environment and ability to support clients across multiple time zones
Broad experience and specific knowledge of organizational design talent management employee relations compensation employee engagement learning and performance management
Strong business acumen
Proven project management and skills with a track record of influencing through datadriven recommendations
Proven ability to operate with autonomy and discretion and use sound judgment in all situations.
Exceptional ability to influence and partner with other HR Business Partner and HR specialist professionals (Talent Acquisition Compensation Inclusion Diversity & Equity Employee Relations) across different functions and locations.
Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $139200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $230200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
