The Flex Manager Global Standards is a key member of the Global Lodging Product Standards Team. The scope of this role is centered around development implementation and of the operational and design standards as related to Marriott Internationals brands with the goal to meet or exceed the needs and expectations by partnering with a diverse group of disciplines within the organization. Within this framework the role provides technical expertise and support to stakeholders inside and outside of the department and the larger working team and demonstrates knowledge of jobrelevant issues products systems and processes. As part of the Global Lodging Product Standards Team this role supports the daytoday activities and deliverables of the assigned project as well as the larger working team and works with peers to ensure correct and timely data collection data interpretation and/or data entry in the appropriate proprietary systems. This role focuses on ontime completion of deliverables and acts as a key point of communication between all stakeholders. As a project team member this position acts as the first point of contact for any issues or discrepancies as it relates to their key deliverables.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
4year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration Marketing or related major and 3 years of relevant professional experience demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance; OR
4 years of relevant professional experience in the hospitality industry demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance.

The pay range for this position is $40.81 to $51.78 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
