We are seeking a Lead Interaction and Ergonomics Engineer to oversee our controls layout and usability initiatives as we expand our future Ranger and Everest programs. This role will also interface with our Core global team on process and tools across various aspects of Ergonomics and Usability.
Reporting directly to the Product Excellence and Human Factors Supervisor this position is based on site at our Broadmeadows site in Campbellfield Victoria.
5 years experience in ergonomics and user interaction design.
Effective leadership and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate crossfunctional teams.
Background in conducting user research and usability testing.
Knowledge of digital and physical ergonomic assessment methodologies.
