Stabil Drill is currently seeking a FullTime Tool Repair Technicianto join our team in Casper WY.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Dismantle repair and reassemble drilling tools.
- Responsible for the cleanliness maintenance and proper disposal of debris on property.
- Assist the Supervisor in all aspects of the job.
- Assemble and set up new equipment.
- Ensure awareness of and compliance with relevant company/customer QHSE requirements.
- Perform other duties as required by Supervisor.
Knowledge/Skills/abilities
- Current knowledge of equipment materials and practices used in the oil/gas industry.
- Complete tasks and follow oral and written instructions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Accurately complete/maintain necessary reports/records in a timely and legible manner in accordance with applicable procedures and/or work order.
