Departmental Analyst 9P11
This positions primary responsibilities include functioning as the quality assurance and data analyst for the Community Options Support and Services Section. As the quality assurance and data analyst this individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a quality assurance plan overall data management review of reports and information submitted by grantees in support of the programs and federal requirements and ensuring accurate and complete data is submitted in accordance with state and federal requirements and regulations. The Quality Assurance and Data Analyst will perform these functions for the No Wrong Door (NWD) system which includes the PersonCentered Options Counseling (PCOC) program State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) grant and Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA). This individual will provide technical assistance to grantees on data submission including but not limited to quality timeliness and accuracy.

The physical location of this position is located: 400 South Pine Lansing MI 48933. Based on operational needs and within established limits remote work and alternate or hybrid work schedule requests for this position may be considered.
Selected candidates who have been approved to work remotely or a hybrid schedule must complete that work within Michigan. Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview.
