What does a Day Habilitation Direct Support Professional do

Successful candidates for the Direct Support Professional position must possess a compassionate and empathetic demeanor with a genuine desire to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. While no specific software or tools are required for this role candidates should be at least 18 years old hold a valid and clean drivers license and have a High School Diploma or GED. Strong communication skills patience and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential for effectively carrying out the responsibilities of this position.
