Sentara Medical Group is hiring for a Practice Manager II at our Sentara Medical Group Family Internal Medicine Riverwalk
The Practice Manager II partners with clinical leadership in dyad model to ensure the efficient and effective operations of one or more clinics/practices with 1124 staff members and/or complexity operations score 2 for hospital or officebased specialties. Provides overall supervision of staff and oversight of all aspects of operations including customer service budget risk management and compliance with organizational and ambulatory care policies regulations and standards of care. Accountable for personally monitoring and engaging team members and other resources to improve financial performance quality patient experience and team member performance.
Education:
- Associates degree Clinical Experience and Leadership experience in the ambulatory care environment. Bachelors preferred.
Experience:
- Healthcare 2year experience
- Supervisory 2year experience
- 3 years of Supervisory experience is acceptable in lieu of an associates degree.
