Job Description

CarHop is a growing nationwide auto sales & finance company with a can do attitude. We believe in work life balance training developing and promoting our teams from within.

We are looking to add Managers to our team as we anticipate continued growth past 2025!

Managers will workwith an existing Branch Manager to oversee a retail location and its staff to achieve profitable sales with the ultimate goal of overseeing your own retail location.

The ideal candidate will be sales and teamoriented display strong attention to detail and maintain professionalism at all times.

The Manager is a skilled multitasker and demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees & learn to work with each person within a branch to drive business.

Must have 3plus years minimum in Management roles and a proven history of increasing sales and the methods used.

Manager Responsibilities:

  • Leading yourself and team in a way that supports Carhops Vision and mission.
  • Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance goals.
  • Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals performance expectations.
  • Driving the business through a highlevel of involvement in the daytoday operations
  • Overseeing the sales process and monitor performance and .
  • Hire coach and train all store staff conduct weekly training and oneonones.
  • Mentor new staff on standard methodologies for improving performance.
  • Manage all aspects of the branch which include sales inventory and warranty.
  • Analyze the business and develop action plans to improve performance ensuring the branch achieves forecasted goals and objectives.

Manager Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum fiveyears of successful experience as supervisor / manager
  • Strong leadership skills with proven record of building coaching and motivating a team
  • Ability to stay calm patient & professional at all times
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and follow up skills
  • Ability to work required Saturdays (closed Sundays)
  • Ability to travel to other stores to assist with coverage.
  • Proven excellent attendance track record.
  • Excellent Grammar with emails & texts to prospects
  • Ability to relocate if needed to any CarHop Minnesota location within 90120 days of hire date.
  • Ability to listen learn by doing the job immediately and following the CarHop sales procedureto a T with minimal corrections within a short period of time while learning from sales associates current branch manager and all staff within the lot/company.
  • Must have and maintain a valid drivers license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.
  • Willing to submit to a preemployment background check with results that are consistent with Company hiring standards.
