Psychiatrist Opportunity Outpatient & Inpatient Practice Models Available
Logan Health is actively recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to join our dynamic Behavioral Health team in Kalispell MT.

About the Practice
- Referral Base: Large referral base across multiple specialties
- Population Served: 130000 across Flathead and Lincoln Counties
- Practice Model: Choose from Outpatient Inpatient or a hybrid role
- EMR: Meditech (transitioning to Oracle by 2027
Outpatient Team
- 3 FullTime Providers: 2 Psychiatrists (MD) 1 PMHNP
- Treat a full spectrum of Behavioral Health conditions
- Panel size: 300900 patients depending on provider tenure
- Daily volume: 1218 patients
- No cap on patient volume; 2year rampup with guaranteed salary
Support You Can Count On
- Dedicated Administrative & Clinical support staff
- LPN support for providers
- Integrated care with LCSW LCPC LMFT therapists onsite
- Smooth transitions between outpatient and inpatient care
Schedule & Call
- Clinic Hours: MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM
- Inpatient Call: 1:7 rotation (Friday 5 PMMonday 7 AM)
- Weekday Call: 1:7 rotation (MonThurs)
- Note: All psychiatrists including outpatientonly participate in inpatient call
- Inpatient Census: Avg. 1825 patients; 40bed unit across Adult Child/Adolescent and Special Care
Teaching & Training
- Opportunities to teach and supervise residents/fellows

Preferred Experience
- Addiction Medicine background highly desired (for both inpatient and outpatient settings)
