As Product Manager you will play a critical role in developing and delivering innovative autonomous solutions to the construction industry. This role is pivotal in driving definition of product prioritizing initiatives and collaborating crossfunctionally to optimize product roadmaps ensure process alignment and deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals and customer needs. Youll own the product lifecycle manage market and customer requirements and drive initiatives that deliver measurable impact.
Lead Development: Inspire and coordinate with teams of Engineers Developers and Product Specialists to deliver marketleading autonomous applications that transform construction workflows.
Drive Strategic Impact: Develop and refine the product vision and roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals to drive adoption and market leadership.
Maximize Financial Impact: Oversee product portfolios valued at >$20M NRE Revenue/year ensuring optimal ROI revenue growth and expansion into new customer segments.
Foster Innovation: Utilize emerging technologies to deliver scalable competitive solutions that address realworld industry challenges.
Optimize Processes: Implement standardized product management processes that enhance efficiency scalability and timetomarket.
Lead and Mentor: Build develop and mentor a team of Product Managers fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
Strategic Ownership: Shape and manage roadmaps aligning initiatives with market opportunities and customer needs.
Deliver Financial Results: Prioritize product budgets and scope to optimize investments ensure ontime delivery and drive sustainable revenue growth.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering marketing sales and leadership teams to guide strategies and ensure successful launches.
Technical Expertise: Leverage knowledge of autonomous technologies and construction industry applications to inform and drive product innovation.
Customer Focus: Partner with business development teams to understand customer needs gather feedback and translate insights into product features that deliver measurable value.
4 7 years of experience in Product Management Project Analysis/Planning or related roles.
A Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Engineering or a related field.
Experience leading the development of hardware/software products for industrial or autonomous environments.
Proven track record managing portfolios >$20M NRE and driving >$5M product sales.
Expertise in Agile methodologies and project/product management processes.
Experience in the construction robotics or automation industries is preferred.
Project Management Certification.
