Ace Plumbing and Rooter one of San Franciscos toprated and mosttrusted plumbing solutions providers is hiring a fulltime Plumbing Technician to work with residential and commercial customers. This position requires the ability to consistently commute to San Francisco CA to perform work duties.

We offer competitive wages starting at $25 to $80/hour base pay plus participation in our generous incentive plan. ACE team members receive excellent benefits like:

- This service technician position can earn up to $80.00 an hour made up of a base hourly wage plus bonuses.
Also provided: continuing education cell phone iPad a fullyequipped company truck and all the major tools for the job. At the end of the day youll leave your uniform in the hamper to be professionally cleaned. Changing rooms are private and secure.
ABOUT THIS TRADE JOB
This fulltime position works Weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional weekends or evening shifts as needed. Youll work throughout the city of San Francisco serving both residential and commercial customers.
Your Typical Day: Ace Plumbing Technicians start the day reviewing the schedule mapping/planning your routes ensuring youre equipped for each call and heading out in a company truck to serve local residential and commercial clients. Throughout the day you competently handle everything from unclogging drains installing faucets and repairing water heaters to diagnosing leaks and finding the sources of unaccounted water usage all while communicating clearly with customers to keep them in the loop. You also look for opportunities to recommend additional services that benefit your clients.
Some days may require quick problemsolving in emergencies while others focus on routine maintenance and repairs. Any given week could see either a mix of small projects and other days or multiple days managing large projects.

REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of plumbing experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to get to/from the ACE office
- Ability to consistently commute to San Franciso to perform work duties
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the San Francisco area
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience using ServiceTitan
