Automotive Sales Consultant Join a Supportive HighEnergy Team in Kannapolis NC
Hilbish Ford is looking to add two driven and personable Sales Consultants to our growing team. If you enjoy helping people thrive in a fastpaced environment and have a passion for vehicles this could be a great fit.

Your Role:
- Welcome and assist customers with vehicle selection based on their needs
- Demonstrate product features and coordinate test drives
- Stay informed about current inventory and industry trends
- Communicate effectively and follow up with potential buyers
- Work closely with team members and management to meet sales goals
- Help ensure a great customer experience every step of the way
What Were Looking For:
- Prior automotive sales experience is helpful but not required
- Bilingual (SpanishEnglish) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills and a professional approachable demeanor
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented individuals
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
