Location:580 S. Havana Street Aurora CO 80012
Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday with one day off during the week (closed on Sunday)
Full Time Pay Range: $55000 $150000 per year
Pay Type: Draw Commissions after 60day paid training

What you will do:
Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and referrals
Obtain expert product knowledge and confidently describe or demonstrate vehicle technology features and accessories
Identify and understand the customers needs preferences and budget and assist them in their selection by providing vehicle options that meet their needs
Promote vehicle protection plans such as GAP service dent or windshield
Lead the sales finance process with each customer
Partner with the Finance team on customer financing options based on their credit budget down payment and tradein values
Use the Client Relationship Management system to manage customer relationships and interactions schedule appointments and respond to Internet leads
What we are looking for:
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Experience in product or retail sales preferred
Competitive drive
A heart for customer care and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
Availability to work retail hours including Saturdays and holidays
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Drivers License
Clean driving record with minimal accidents points or moving violations
Able to use/learn to use: CRM database Google Suite and other automotive software products as required
