We are currently recruiting for a Environmental Scientist Level I at our Chemetics Burnaby Lab. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic is afulltime onsite position based in Burnaby B.C. Canada. Reporting to the R&D Laboratory Manager you will play a key role in developing innovative costeffective and environmentally sustainable solutions for industries such as chemical processing water treatment carbon capture sulfur recovery and nonferrous metals. In this role you will conduct laboratory and pilotscale testing of advanced technologies and chemical processes aimed at enhancing or redesigning existing systems. You will also contribute to product quality control ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards. Occasionally travel to customer sites (worldwide) will also be required to provide analytical support during plant commissioning and/or for technical service. Working closely with vendors and team members you will serve as a technical resource supporting the safe reliable and efficient of projects. For applicants based in the province of British Columbia the salary range is $58000 to $70000
