The Role:
The Relationship Manager is tasked with building and maintaining all aspects of the relationship with our larger groups and key accounts. This dynamic role will liaise with all management levels of our most valued clients and develop strategies internally to ensure a strong and continuous partnership. Knowing the pulse of the client is at the forefront of all activities and it can provide decision insight to PBS management bymaintaining an always current view of operations.
As the key account client is moved through the DMS Sale Install Follow up process the Relationship Manager (RM) is involved initially at an overview level. As the client moves to standard PBS lines of communication and interaction the RM more fully engages. This transfer from project management to relationship management including the central issues list provides ongoing oversight and ensures a successful longterm implementation.
