4DMT is a clinicalstage biotherapeutics company harnessing the power of directed evolution for targeted genetic medicines. We seek to unlock the full potential of gene therapy using our platform Therapeutic Vector Evolution (TVE) which combines the power of directed evolution with our approximately one billion synthetic AAV capsidderived sequences to invent evolved vectors for use in our products. GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Data Entry Specialist will support the entry of data into Blue Mountain (BM) a computerized maintenance management system. The Data Entry Specialist will enter equipment maintenance data into BM including equipment information related to names of the equipment serial numbers maintenance documents and dates and other information related to the equipment for both GMP and R&D functions of the company. This will be a temporary contract position. The Data Entry Specialist will report to the Senior Equipment Manager. The Data Entry Specialist will support the entry of equipment maintenance data for both GMP and R&D equipment but primarily interface with the Director and Senior Manager of Facilities and Engineering. The Data Entry Specialist role will be considered a hybrid assignment primarily starting within the office work until the individual shows the capability to work in a hybrid environment (understanding the nature of the work and the duties associated with the role).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
100 of TIME
- Data Entry into CMMS system
- Prepares data for entry into Blue Mountain by compiling and sorting information.
- References data from multiple sources including excel physical checks of equipment and equipment maintenance reports.
- Works closely with Facilities and GMP teams to find data for entry into CMMS.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- AA or Bachelors degree preferred.
Experience:
- 1 years of experience within the Biotech or similar industry with a focus on data entry.
Skills:
- Familiarity with data entry and CMMS
- Team oriented
- Organized
- Communicate effectively
Physical Requirements of the Role: (for more information on examples
- Must be able to work at a computer for hours at a time.
- Onsite requirement of 35 days a week.
Hourly compensation range: $23.08/hr $40.87/hr
